In the Batucada Team Building, your team will experience a unique combination of music, culture, and collaborative learning. Led by Alex Rosa, a Brazilian percussionist with years of experience and director of the Ketubara Band, participants will discover the transformative power of Brazilian rhythms. From samba-reggae to maracatú, each rhythm and choreography will offer an opportunity to improve group coordination and strengthen teamwork.
This Team Building is much more than learning to play drums. It’s an activity that fosters active participation and engagement from each team member to achieve a common goal. By performing and practicing different Afro-Brazilian rhythms (such as samba-afro, afoxé, ijexá, frevo, lambada, and funk), participants will experience key concepts that companies aim to promote in their team building activities.

This workshop is designed for people of all ages, and no prior knowledge of music or percussion is necessary. We provide all the materials required, including drums, sticks, belts, and knee pads, so the team can focus entirely on the activity and shared learning.
